Problem

Before a company pays a supplier it should know whether the supplier is insolvent, whether it is a reliable VAT payer and whether it is paid to a published bank account. Checking several registries by hand is slow and easy to skip.

Solution

One check by company or VAT ID goes through ARES, the VAT register, the insolvency register, VIES, the trade and business registers and RÚIAN, and for Slovakia RPO SR. The result is a clear ok, warning or stop rating with reasons, a PDF report and a shareable link.

For repeated use there is daily monitoring with change alerts, CSV batch import and a REST API with tokens, plan-based limits, idempotency and signed webhooks. Subscriptions run through Stripe.

The application runs in Docker (nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Redis, Horizon) on its own Hetzner server, configured entirely with Ansible.

Outcome

Manual supplier checks replaced by one request that can repeat automatically and plug into accounting or purchasing systems through the API.
